  1. Minimum Age To Sell
    • The minimum age specified by statute or regulation for off-premises sellers of beer, wine, and spirits. If the minimum age for all beverage types in a given State is specified as 21 - i.e., underage sellers are specifically prohibited in that State - no other restrictions or conditions are noted in the comparison tables. If no minimum age is specified, the minimum age is displayed as "0."
  2. Manager or Supervisor Must Be Present
    • A requirement, beyond that otherwise mandated for all sellers in that jurisdiction, that a manager or supervisor be present when the underage person is selling alcoholic beverages.
