Additions and Enhancements

Site Redesign

The website has been extensively redesigned to enhance usability and improve access to APIS data. Major improvements include the following:

  • New download functionality allowing data for multiple policy topics to be selected and downloaded at one time;
  • New mobile-friendly interface;
  • Simplified home page display;
  • New ways to view and access policy data, including the option to change the display from Table format to Accordion or Cards as desired.

Policy Resources

The following new or revised policy resources were added to APIS:

  • Coverage for the six Pregnancy and Drugs policy topics is now complete through 1/1/2021, as for other APIS policy topics.
  • Coverage for the Digest and Dataset of State Alcohol-Related Laws During the COVID-19 Emergency is now complete through 1/1/2022. See APIS COVID-19 coverage.
  • Additional journal references were added to the Peer-Reviewed Publications Using APIS Data page.
